How to charge the Wismec RX75 kit?

The Wismec RX75 kit is powered by a 18650 cell, and you can charge it with the voltage above 25A. It's better to take out the cell and charge it through external charger, but also you can charge it via an USB cable by connecting it to a computer or some other device.
